Established by Mr. Jacob Engel, a global leading real estate developer with world-wide reputation, ENGELINVEST GROUP is a global real estate development corporation.

The group is focused on real estate development projects in emerging markets, such as India, Vietnam and Russia, and on global Mining, Metals Trading and Finance.

With over 30 years of development track record and a well established experience, Mr. Engel has developed projects with value of billions of dollars in ten countries in three continents.

After years of activities in North America, Central Europe, Eastern Europe and Israel, the Group’s chairman, Mr. Engel, has identified the booming and prospering economies of the emerging markets, who enjoy continuous growth ensuring very high return on investments. Upon this insight, the group decided to concentrate its efforts and activities in those markets, while utilizing its enormous experience, connections and knowledge to promote development of large scale projects in those markets.

Currently the Group has a portfolio of around 4,000,000 sqm of construction area in India, Russia and Vietnam, as well as 9,000,000 sqm of mines and quarries in Africa (Tanzania, Ghana, Liberia), Europe (Albania, Romania) and Israel.

The Group enjoys Mr. Engel experience in the International capital markets which includes international IPO’s of real estate development companies, on NASDAQ (New-York), AIM (London) and TASE (Tel-Aviv).

Values

The total projected sales of the group's real estate portfolio is estimated at 6.8 billions us dollars. The value of the natural resources controlled by the group is estimated at 8 billions us dollars.  

Current Activities

The development activities in the emerging markets are being done through our subsidiaries – ELENILTO MINERALS & MINING, VENOSA, BANDERIAC, ELENILTO INVESTMENTS, M&N METALS and others, gaining high reputation for the companies business abilities and know-how

VENOSA is developing a real estate portfolio in India in the scope of approximately 20,000,000 sq.ft. The portfolio mainly includes  shopping malls and residential neighborhoods as well as office buildings and hotels focused on 2nd tier cities all over India, such as Hyderabad, Ludhiana, Mohali, Goa, Pune etc.

In Vietnam the group is currently developing a portfolio in the scope of approximately 10,000,000 sq.ft. The portfolio mainly includes  residential neighborhoods in Ho-Chi-Minh-City.

BANDERIAC is developing a real estate portfolio in Russia in the scope of approximately 10,000,000 sq.ft. The portfolio mainly includes  a chain of shopping malls and residential neighborhoods focused mainly in the Moscow Region. The company develops residential neighborhoods, , office building, shopping and strip malls, supplying the ever-growing need for new housing and commercial centers in the highest standard of living.

ELENILTO MINERALS & MINING is operating large scale exploration & mining operations (Gold, Copper, Titanium, Manganese, Iron Ore, Chrome and others) in Europe and Africa.

M&N Metals is operating a large scale global trading of ferrous and non ferrous scrap metals and minerals. M&N is specialized in scrap metal recycling providing its services to any size of industrial plant all over the world.
