Yaroslavl – the administrative center of Yaroslavl Oblast, located 250 kilometers (155 mi) north-east of Moscow. Yaroslavl's population has over 750,000 residents.

Yaroslavl lies at the intersection of several major highways, railways, and waterways.

Yaroslavl is an important industrial center (petrochemical plant, tire manufacturing plant, diesel engines plant and many others). The city has a well-developed network of public transportation including buses, trolley-buses and tram lines.

The project is a development of 14,000 m2 luxury residential – located at Nikrasova st. Total investment of $40,000,000.

 


                              

Kaluga - a city in western Russia, located on the Oka River 188 km southwest of Moscow. It is the administrative center of Kaluga Oblast. Kaluga's population has over 420,000 residents. Kaluga is connected to Moscow by a railway line and the ancient roadway. In recent years Kaluga has become one of the centers of the Russian automotive industry, with a number of foreign companies opening assembly plants in the area (such as Volkswagen, Volvo Group, PSA Peugeot Citroλn, Mitsubishi Motors etc.).

The project is a development of 18,000 m2 luxury residential – located near Smolensky st. and Naberezhnaya st. Total investment of $38,000,000.

 


 

Vladimir - located on the Klyazma River, 200 kilometers (124 mi) to the east of Moscow along the M7 motorway. It is the administrative center of Vladimir Oblast.
Vladimir's population has over 350,000 residents. Modern Vladimir is a part of the Golden ring of the ancient Russian cities and a significant tourist center.

The projects are developments of:

a.   60,000 m2 Shopping mall – located at Dvoryanskaya st in the old city. Total investment of $81,000,000.

b.   40,000 m2 strip mall – located at Suzdalickiy avenue. Total investment of $51,000,000.

c.   50,000 m2 logistic center – located on the high way from Moscow to Nizhny, 7 km from Vladimir. Total investment of $33,000,000.


 

Nizhny Novgorod – the fourth largest city in Russia. Nizhny's population has over 1,700,000 residents. It is the economic and cultural center of the vast Volga-Vyatka economic region, and also the administrative center of Nizhny Novgorod Oblast and Volga Federal District. The city is an important economic, transport and cultural center of the nation. Nizhny Novgorod is one of the centers of the IT Industry in Russia. It ranks among the leading Russian cities in terms of the quantity of software R&D providers. The engineering industry is the leading industry of Nizhny Novgorod economy.

Shatura  - a town and the administrative center of Shatursky District, Moscow Oblast, Russia, located on Svyatoye Lake 124 km east of Moscow. Shatura's population has over 100,000 residents.

The project is a development of 400,000 m2 residential neighborhood. Total investment of $458,000,000.

 


 

Dmitrov - a town in Moscow Oblast, Russia, located 65 kilometers (40 mi) to the north of Moscow. It is located on the Yakhroma River and the Moscow Canal, which connects the Russian capital with the Volga River. Dmitrov's population has over 100,000 residents. The city is the Moscow region's capital for entertainment sites, fishing, ski, hunting  and has active resorts complexes etc. The city is rounded by natural reserves.

Zelenograd  - a city which, along with the territories and settlements under its jurisdiction, forms one of the administrative okrugs of Moscow - Zelenograd Administrative Okrug (ZelAO). It is located 37 kilometers (23 mi) from the center of the Russian capital along Leningradskoye Shosse highway. Zelenograd 's population has over 150,000 residents. Zelenograd has been developed as a reflection of the US Silicon Valley. It is one of the most powerful centers of electronics, microelectronics and computer industry in Russia.

The project is a development of 88,000 m2 residential project - high rise buildings – located at Andreyevka neighborhood, Klubnaya st. Total investment of $155,000,000.

 


 

Voskresensk - a town in Moscow Oblast, Russia.located 88 km to South-East from Moscow, on the shores of Moscow river. Voskresensk's population has over 100,000 residents.

The project is a development of 80,000 m2 strip mall – located at Fedino neighborhood. Total investment of $128,000,000.

 


 

Pavlovsky Posad - a town in Moscow Oblast, Russia, the administrative centre of Pavlovo-Posadsky District, located 68 km from Moscow, at the confluence of the Klyazma and the Vokhna Rivers. The Moscow–Vladimir railway goes through the town.The city's population has over 100,000 residents. The textile industry is still the most prominent in modern Pavlovsky Posad.
