Our investment strategy is to invest in real estate projects that have realizable potential in order to achieve high returns on investments. In order to achieve optimal results we examine a large number of projects which must go through a long and meticulous selection process, at the end of which only a small number of projects are chosen each year. The company focuses mainly on large scale real estate projects in central cities in Russia, India and Vietnam and only after receiving all the necessary permits in order to minimize risks.

All of this is done with strong local partners that are well familiar with the local real estate business including the local planning procedures with the authorities.

Our activities to increase investments are aimed at spreading risks and exploit opportunities ensuring the company and its partner's high return on investment without jeopardizing the invested capital due to unnecessary risks.

We construct our business plan to pave the way for future IPO and further development upon the recovery of the capital markets. Our strong financial ties with international banks and private investors/funds and the experience in floating in the international capital markets (New-York, London and Tel-Aviv) enable us to achieve the best financing and funding means available.
